What is your MOQ?

For customized: We accept custom orders for as few as one item.

How long is the production lead time?

  • Fabric samples: 3–5 working days
  • Small custom orders: 7–15 working days
  • Large project / bulk orders: 15–30 working days, subject to order quantity and custom requirements.

Can I order fabric samples before bulk order?

Yes, we provide fabric swatch samples for all curtain & blind types.
Sample fee will be fully refunded once you place a formal bulk order. Shipping cost depends on your destination country.

Do you offer OEM / ODM custom service?

Yes, we provide full OEM & ODM solutions, including custom size, fabric color, light opacity, hardware accessories and packaging.
Custom logo printing is also available for bulk orders.

Are your fabrics certified?

All our standard fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.
We also provide flame-retardant fabric options for hotel, office and public building projects, which meet international fire safety standards.

What shipping methods do you support?

We support worldwide shipping.

  • Samples & small orders: DHL, FedEx, UPS express
  • Bulk project orders: sea freight or air freight
    We can also deliver to your nominated forwarder in China.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union and major credit cards.
For large project orders, 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment is available.
